5 Fusion and Sushi Bar is where European and Asian cuisines come together to create something extraordinary. This downtown restaurant features two distinct menus - one full of innovative fusion cuisine, and the other an extensive sushi bar including the freshest sashimi and sushi available. The common culinary thread between the two halves is a reliance on fresh, seasonal and locally grown ingredients, whenever possible. The menu, combined with the carefully selected wine list and award-winning cocktails, makes for a memorable evening out. Expect d?cor that is chic and service that is always indulgent.

Leave all your worries at the door because when you step into 5 fusion it is time to have a good time! Whether you are having a romantic date or a get together for happy hour 5 fusion can serve it all. With amazing drinks and delicious food. It is one of the top restaurants in Bend. The atmosphere is romantic and unique, the water feature above your head makes this place very different than others. Lilian, The owner is an amazing woman, who is always having charities and doing things to help others. On new years eve of 2010 she even opened back up late for us, and on that night is when my husband proposed! 5 fusion will always remain one of my favorite places to eat, and while its on the spendy side to go there often, when you can afford it, it is very special.

5 Fusion is a very clean and well kept restaurant, has great and friendly service, and the best sushi available in central Oregon, not to mention the freshest!

I have eaten here a few times and always had great dinners. I like the atmosphere with the water features above you. Especially when they have live music. The food tastes great and the servers have always been friendly and down to earth.

Okay... it was only 4PM in Bend, but it was Happy Hour at 5 Fusion & Sushi Bar when we decided to give it a go for the first time on April 4, 2011. The two of us were greeted by our server, Jenna, and were seated at a window booth. The plush surroundings capped with a ceiling water feature would soothe any stressed-out soul in need of relaxation.
We imbibed on three dollar Apocolypse by 10 Barrel -- a great price! We sampled several appetizers from the Happy Hour menu and enjoyed them all. The Filet Lollipop (filet mignon with marbled mash) was simply delish with an awesome jus . The mini crabcakes were yummy, but the serving was too small and we would skip this next time. Fresh, fresh, fresh California Rolls hit the target. And the Calamari will be on our list again at our next visit! Overall the experience was satisfying and we will return.

Delicious fresh sushi rolls. Particularly good is the Geisha Roll and surprisingly good lamb with mashed potatoes. Very friendly host/owner and excellent service. The happy hour $5 menu is great value. Can't wait to try other items.
