This is a great restaurant for fine dining.
Our waiter Kara was very knowledgable of the menu & also the ingredients as we have dietary needs. Would highly recommend Ariana's for a romantic date night or for a special occassion with a group of close friends or family.

Ariana is my "favorite" fine dining restaurant in Bend because it never fails to impress and delight my taste buds!
Our server was Cara who took very good care of us and was very informative with the menu and nighly specials. As the evening progressed, the service did slow down. But i won't be too harsh on Cara because it became quite busy.
We started the evening with the Beef Carpaccio. Very thinly sliced beef tenderloin drizzled with a light horseradish creme fraiche and toast points. It litterally melts in your mouth. Next we split the Ariana salad and the soup du jour which was a cauliflower bisque with white truffle oil. Simple yet distinguished, the salad left my palate clean and fresh with ingredients such as orange wedges and a light basil viniagrette. The soup was silky and delicious with just a hint of truffle oil. If it wasn't frowned upon, I would have picked up the bowl and licked it clean!
For our entree I had the Duck Confeit with a warm mustard potato salad and braised red cabbage. A perfect pairing. My husband had the Crab Risotto with Diver Scallops. Lets just say that my eyes rolled into the back of my head with my first bite. The duck was cooked to perfection with a crispy golden skin and succulent meat. The mustard-dill potatoes were firm yet tender to the bite with just a hint of tang from the cabbage. Unfortunately I am allergic to shell fish so you'll have to take my husbands word when he said his meal was outstanding! His scallops were seared to a slight crunch on the outside but soft and tender on the inside. The Risotto was braided with lumps of mouth watering Dungeness Crab.
When my husband and I feel like celebrating or just plain splurging, we always think of Ariana. If you haven't been, Ariana is a must. Be prepaired to spend a little more then usual. You'll be happy you did!

We went here for Valentine's dinner and it was superb! They had a special menu that night and everything on it was to live for. My husband and I picked different dishes just so we could try more dishes. Great waitress, lovely retaurant, awesome food.

Ariana's is a great little niche restaurant. Location and parking leave much to desired, but food, service and drink options are fantastic.

I took my Family there for my wifes birthday and it was the best restaurant we have ever been to in Bend. They let us go off menu to occomodate an allergy. The desserts were to die for. :woohoo:
