2011-05-09Cascada at Pronghorn provides a casual setting to enjoy some delicious food after a round of golf on a beautiful Central Oregon Course. A comfortable place to sit back, relax, and have a drink while you watch the sunset or enjoy a sporting event on one of the many flat screen TVs. Home made potato chips are served while waiting for orders, and they are wonderful. The Beef carpaccio was stupendous and I thought I was transported to a five star restaurant in France. Cascada is a great place to go whether you just hit the links, or are just in need of a chance to unwind.
