At the Pine Tavern, we've been serving up memories for over 75 years. Join us for savory lunches and dinners, riverside ambiance and a deep-rooted tradition of hospitality reflected in the 250-year-old Ponderosa pine growing in the heart of our restaurant.
Being a "local" the Pine Tavern has always been consistantly excellent. Of course we have our favorite prime rib and home made scones. Lunch at the Pine Tavern in the summer is espically nice out in the garden. AND the Mud Pie.... you have to share it.
We've been going there for 40 years and it's still a special place.

The Pine Tavern is a well known tourist spot in Bend. The ambience is old time supper club. The two trees growing within the restaurant aren't worth the novelty. Just two big trunks reaching up through one of the dining rooms,no branches, no nothing except trunks. Big deal.
The food was good but overpriced. A Cobb salad fifteen bucks? , come on. Drinks are tasty enough but in the 8 buck and up apiece menu if you go for anything more exotic than a rum and coke. Two drinks, a shared oh so ordinary piece of cheesecake and two entrees, including the aforementioned salad and a daily special sandwich came to $48. We had a five dollar off coupon and had to go back into the restaurant when we discovered they hadn't credited it on the bill. You can get the same decent food at many locations around Bend for substantially less.No compelling reason to come here again.

I went there the other night and I have never had a better experience at a restaurant than I had at Pine Tavern. The service was wonderful. The food is outstanding! It may be a little high in price but its worth the treat!

Warm and inviting and a lovely place to dine. Great view of the river and the famous pines in the dining room. Our party enjoyed perfectly cooked prime rib! Marionberry cobbler was excellent. We will dine at the Pine Tavern again.

I had the Coconut Steelhead on the lunch specials menu. It was amazing. The green beans were also cooked perfectly.

Pine Tavern has always been a favorite for my family. The food is always exceptional, espescially the prime rib, which is TO DIE FOR. Everthing on the menu is great, and the scones and honey butter served before the meal are just heavenly.

Enjoy a great lunch at Pine Tavern and if your lucky there will be Lamb Burgers on the menu. Even if you've never liked lamb you'll enjoy this. Served with a light cucumber salad and of course large portion of fries. Unusual and delicious - only $12.00

We have been going to the Pine Tavern since 1970's. My husband and his family have been going way before that. The prime rib is to die for. The Mud pie..... what can I say, fantastic! You have to share.
The scones are like none I've ever had. Wonderful!
