  Having been to Pheonix twice I had the same exeriance both times. The service is slow and the servers on the verge of rude. The food is over priced and not appitizing. My first meal I sent 1/2 of what I ordred back and no one ever offered us an apoliogy let alone compensation. Don't wast your time or money here!

We have lunch at the Phoenix several times a month. There is a variety of dishes, very good food and good service. We have a delightful lunch and back to work within the hour.

Service is good, Food is consistently very good. The soups are always yummy. Best hamburger around. We love the atmosphere. Have probably been there 10 times and will definitely be going again. Their Happy hour is great also.

First time to dine there. Arrived just before end of Sunset Dinner special, but were still allowed to order from special menu. Service was attentive, helpful and friendly. Pork loin was tender and tasty, and quantity of food was more than we expected. We were glad we didn't order from the regular menu, it would have been too much food. Chocolate Brownie Sundae was excellent. Brownie was fresh and chocolaty, and ice cream was rich.

Phoenix is awesome. The steaks are great, and so are the rest of the items on the menu. The prime rib however, is done perfectly and is one of the best i have ever had. Again, everything here is delicious but will not break the bank, making it a great place to bring the family.

Had lunch at this restaurant on July 6th with a Rep from the corporate office I work for. The Service was slow. She actually had to ask the server filling water glasses to go track down our waitress. Food was great once we received it.

I have been to The Phoenix and I was so pleasantly surprised. I don't know what I was expecting, I guess more of a coffee shop/pub type place. Intead, I found a really nice atmosphere with really friendly employees. The food was excellent. My sister had "chicken fried chicken" and loved it. I was boring and had a tuna sandwich with sweet potato fries. I am really picky about tuna and it was wonderful. On our second visit my sister had the salmon piccata and I had the Thai pizza. Again, both meals were excellent. The Phoenix is really the only restaurant of its kind on the East side of Bend. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Have eatan here several times, w/friends and Family. Really good Meat, and beverage. Everyone has enjoyed their meal, each time.. Service was excellent, Cocktails were well done, excellent Bartenders (?)

Our experiences was wonderful. Our waiter took the extra time to find out what dishes would be gluten free. To me that meant so much because I never know exactly what is in dishes at restaurants. I usually have to stick with "safe" dishes instead of enjoying something else or something new.

My husband and I ate at The Phoenix for the first time and we thought it was very good. I had the French Onion soup and the French Dip roast beef sandwich as did my husband but he also had the crab cake as an apitizer. We enjoyed everything and will certainly dine there again. We had a delightful waitress who was always available if you needed her. Overall it was a very nice evening.

I was VERY impressed by the quality of the food here, I even took my in-laws here! The crab bisque soup is sooo good! Great service, a nice dining atmosphere, and excellent food! Highly recommended!

The Phoenix is a great place to go for Happy Hour, they have incredible happy hour specials like the Crispy Chicken Wings fried and tossed with your choice of sauce: traditional buffalo, honey chipotle or ginger soy Six for $5 Twelve for $8. I had the Honey Chipotle wings and they are incredible, beats any chicken wings I have had in Bend. Their Pizza is really good too and now they have $2 off any brick oven pizza during happy hour between 3-6pm.Great Job Phoenix!

Incredibly nice staff and great food at a reasonable price. We go there often. Our favorites are the Thai bento, chicken quesadilla, meatloaf, raspberry salad and Phoenix salad. They can cook a steak to order too, which isn't common in Bend.

I have been to The Phoenix several times. The food is excellent...staff is superb. My personal favorite is the reuben for lunch. The best I have ever tasted! My husband says the NY steak is excellent for a dinner choice.

The prime rib dip sandwich is one of the best I have ever had. It was so big that half of it went home for lunch the next day. Also, the servers are all very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
